We respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If you contact us over a weekend or bank holiday we will get back to you on the next working day.
When emailing us please include:
- Your name
- Your order number if applicable — e.g. #1001
- A clear description of your enquiry

Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of receiving your quiz answers. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
How do I track my parcel?
Use your Royal Mail tracking number at royalmail.com to follow your parcel every step of the way.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account and cancel from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No fees, no questions asked.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at hello@mysterymangabox.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the item.
